I guess I have Henry to thank for knocking off the #1 seed, John Knoll.

They tried to set up the volleyball net on the second sandbar.  Fail.

Brothertons in 2014

The Knolls and Quinlins stayed at Brotherons the first week in August. (Pete's family stayed down at Sandy Shores.)  Much has changed at Brothertons…and much hasn't.  There are just three usable cottages left.  Conrad sold the half of the property where our cottage #7 and the motels sat.  The person plans to start building a house as soon as the summer season ends.  The motels will be torn down, the last cottage on that side removed, and several large trees will be taken down to make way for it.  Cottage #9 is much the same.  The two smaller cottages have been remodeled and are quite nice.  There are still brown towels, but there is also a set of blue towels.  I learned from the cleaning women that the brown towels are "beach towels."  The beach is just like it was and the sandbars were all there.  I will put up more pictures of all of us in the next post.
